and innovative approach to the process of recruiting and hiring. The unique approach involves the inclusion of Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) like yourself who work with us to interview and rate our candidates before we recommend them to hiring managers.

We would love to have you as part of our team! If you have over 10 years of work experience, consider yourself an expert in your industry, or a niche category of profession, we would love to hear from you.

How It Works

Once you’re approved, here’s how the process works, and how you get engaged.

  1. Once we start working on a particular job requirement, we search for SME’s like yourself, who, in essence, supplement the hiring managers.
  2. You provide us with your available time slots (work as little, or as much as you prefer) and a compensation rate (an hourly charge.)
  3. Then, we schedule an introduction call with the hiring managers where all three of us: yourself, the hiring manager(s), and a member of The FerVID Group will shortlist some interview questions, candidate characteristics to be evaluated, etc. This helps us create an objective and unbiased rating of each candidate.
  4. Once we start finding qualified candidates, you will interview them using our online video conferencing tool. A member from our team will be present on the call to assist you.
  5. After the interview, you will fill in the rating form for the candidate and provide your expert comments about the candidate’s fit for the position.
  6. As soon as we confirm the interview completion, your account will be credited accordingly.

It’s as simple as that!
